Agility
Agility exercises train the body to respond appropriately to stimuli in the ever-changing external environment. In real life this means for example, improving reaction time, recovering from a stumble, keeping one's balance while riding on a bus, knowing where your feet are and having your feet actually respond to your brain's commands. I use agility dots, rings, and cones in a variety of ways to help train my clients to develop these lifeenhancing skills.
