Posture

Good Posture means Good Health. It also means less structural pain and that the physiological systems in the body are, for the most part, functionally normal. Poor posture doesn't just look bad, it can have a devastating effect on your physiology.

Poor Posture...
•compromises the nervous system. If the vertebra are
compressed and out of alignment, your nervous system can not operate smoothly.
•increase the forward flexion of the spine, limiting your ability to breathe fully.
•fouls-up every aspect of your digestion, and how your food is assimilated and eliminated.
•causes pain. Back pain may be the first pain experienced as a result of poor posture, and, it can quickly spread throughout the body. Think about your spine as the trunk of your nervous system and all the branches that continue on to the far reaches of your body.
