Water Workouts
So much of what is done on land can be done in the water.
The water environment is extremely therapeutic. Many clients
who experience pain with a movement on land, transform in
the water, where the same movement results in no pain. In
this way they are able to better heal the painful/injured area.
All the exercises that are done on land, cardiovascular, agility,
strength, and even yoga, can be adapted to a water
environment.
